Tokyo Jihen at Yokohama Blitz 18th OCT 2007
I just came back from the TJ gig at Yokohama, i will update all song list and details to all you guys later and I can briefly speak a little bit now
SR is truly cute, elegant and i can sure that she is most prettiest compare to all her gigbefore, she dress like Ringohan`s concert (marilyn) and hair is the same as last gig (countdown Japan) They played all new album songs, one new song (i am using jp pc now i dont know how to write in KANJI) and only played kabuki, marunouchi, Gunjou Biyori, Shuraba and Toumen Ningen for old songs. the first song of the gig is Fuukushu and the last is Metro. duration of the gig is about 1 hours 43 mins, I will try to put all details tomorrow morning or when i go back to my country. Sweet! I think they played Fukushuu first just go get it out of the way . It also sounds like a great intro as some people were saying in another thread how they really liked the beginning. Me too . I'm super excited for the DVD even more . Thanks for the info!

All of the new songs and only 5 oldies, and only one of them a SR solo song??? No awesome, unheard-before covers?
I can't say I'm not a little disappointed in this setlist... I like Variety, yet I wish they'd play a little more variety in the material choice. >_> I'll still buy the concert DVD... Thanks Vayerism for the prompt report, and I will look forward to reading a full review! |

Omg, that's so awesome, Vayerism!!!! Thanks for sharing!!
I'm a bit disappointed in the setlist too, but I'm excited to know what the new song is. And the setlist varies with each show, right? Is this show the one they're going to release as their concert DVD? Ringo had the bob again?!?! O_O So, is that her real hair? Surely she can't perform with a wig?? And I wonder how the stage appearance was, ahh. *waits for Vayerism's full report* <33

Oh, so "Senkou Shoujo" was the new song. That's too bad there aren't any new songs or covers then. T_T Hmm, they didn't play "BB.QUEEN." @_@
I didn't know there was such thing as a double encore. @_@ If the audience didn't call for it, then they wouldn't have played all the songs on their album. o_o

How was SSAW and Boutomin? I was wondering if either would be good live, especially SSAW, since I don't know how well Uki and Izawa can sing live (Izawa, mainly). He was nervous to even record it, I'm surprised he mustered up the courage to sing it live.
