KENSO - Sora ni Hikaru

Muraishi Masayuki played drums 15 years (1988-2003) for this band.
He was credited as Muraishi "KENSO" Masayuki in SS booklet.

Yakushimaru Hiroko - Sailor-fuku to kikanjû

Although Shiinas covered Kisugi Takao's earlier songs,
I recognized him from this movie theme song back in 1981.
(Yakushimaru was 17 years old back then)

This song was also played by himself with different title(Yume no Tochu),
and movie has recent remake as TV drama
and this
Lucky Star ED 4

Mika is great. Have you listened to her cover of the jazz standard "you'd be so nice to come home to"? Just gorgeous, check it!

This week I have been mostly addicted to Keshou Naoshi and Kokoro (although the Yokushitsu cravings might kick in when I get Expo next week).

@justriiingo: I would have heard Gil Scott Heron's Lady Day & John Coltrane before but the time you posted it it properly kicked my arse. Thank you! Getting into SR/TJ does improve your sensitivity to good music.

CLT classical music that isn't Debussy for once
