Are you 100% sure? I remember Ringo having longer hair than that...or a longer wig, maybe...couldn't it be from that Folk Master TV special?

Oh. Don't mind the cover. There are actually 2 different performances. One with the whole orchestra, another performance with just Ringo, guitarguy and flute girl with a punk drummer.

nope, this comes from a Hasegawa concert held (for ?) the TV at Shinjuku Astro Hall, I think this was aired on NHK, can't remember correctly but around 2006/2007 they also played a samba version of sakuran, ringo no uta I guess.. and hasegawa sang keshounaoshi alone

I finally just checked my DVD, and yep - it's an alternate performance of the same song.
