Anyway - I need to check out this band you're peddling. I haven't heard any good rock from Japan in a while. |

It's pretty great, I'm loving Identikit a lot.

WAKUSEI ABNORMAL have another release next month entitled "VIVI de VAVI de LOVE"
They've described it as a 'collection of richly colored love songs'. I'm not entirely sure if it's an EP or a full length, but looking at it's price, it does suggest album. Hopefully they can get out of that bland ass slump they're in with this one.

It's a shame that their last two releases were such snoozefests, they have potential. Hopefully their new album is at least somewhat interesting.

HOLY FUCK. Boris reissuing the Pink LP as a 3LP box set along with 9 unreleased songs from that recording session. As well as going on a summer tour throughout the US with Earth.

It's a pity PINK already had a few filler tracks, otherwise I'd be way more excited about it...

Hard not to crack a smile at this, even if you don't like Babymetal.

From what I've heard, in the opinion of a lot of serious metal fans, they are basically making a mockery of the genre, perhaps crossing the line into cultural appropriation. I don't know that I'd personally go quite that far, but from what I have seen and heard of them, they are less about genuinely trying to create art by fusing the two genres, and more about sticking idols into the most diametrically opposite genre they could find, because won't that be hilarious?
