Default August DVD and CD covers
Ok, Kronekodow have just published the front covers for CHINPLAY-KOHPLAY (Live Digest Blu Ray/DVD) and SHINYAWAKU (Bsides collection) due out 29th August.

Again, they've gone for TV theme:

CHINPLAY-KOHPLAY



"Play of the day"/Variety theme? Peacock.

SHINYAWAKU:



Of course, they FINALLY did it, unabashed "anime" theme/Crane.

Personally, I like them a fair bit, particularly the anime one, though I'm sure it's gonna get a few eye-rolls for sure. I know the Peacock/Crane thing is well, for the lack of a better word, obvious, but it's a nice touch anyway.

I like both cover art works, but that live sampler pack is just evil. I'm not biting the hook. The b-side collection, maybe.

I was expecting anime imagery at some point, too. Most otaku anime runs after midnight, right? The new track better be composed by all five members and have an ott Inoue Uni style mix.

Buying a CD for just one new song... That's the hook I won't bite, but that Blu ray will be good ! Nice choice of known concert parts & a great selection of unreleased stuff including old festival appearances & the long awaited Domectic Virgin Line...

The CD is great for people that don't have the singles though. (I have them but I'm happy to throw money at Ringo regardless)
