....aaand Poster is gone on CDJapan, HMV, Tower Records and Disk Union! I guess actually SHOWING what it looked like pushed people to buy it.

Amazon are claiming that the album is 42 minutes run time. I expect samples very soon.

UUUUGGGHHHHHH I NEED SAMPLES.

Also, a music video would be nice. It's probably too late for any kind of single to come out.

To be honest I never pre-ordered stuff until this album. I made my order over a month ago so I hope I will get the poster...

Yeah, I can't think of a time where her name was officially romanized as Shiina. At least no one ever decided to spell her first name as Lingo or Leengo. The horror.

A FEW TRACKS ARE OUT ON THE ITUNES

Love all 3 of them!

Early impressions:

Private- if Kyary Pamyu Pamyu was good- this is what she would sound like.
Seishun no Matataki- throw the Chiaki version away. These smooth electronic beats are wonderful! The chorus is enchanting.
Amagasa- Great pop rock song, tighter than Variety onwards Jihen. AWESOME GUITAR work.

This will be one hell of a mixed bag, but the quality is consistent through all three tracks to me. Definitely the poppiest bunch of songs I've heard from her under the solo name, but not in a bad way.

EDIT: I've been informed you can preview the entire album too on iTunes store. Going to check that out now.

EDIT 2: Yep. Sounds solid to me. Can't wait to get my paws on the full thing. A bit of everything from every aspect of her career methinks.

tbh while I love her vocal performance on Seishun, I really HATE the arrangement.

Cappuccino sounds like an etsurakuhen.

Saisakizaka is prob my favourite preview so far.

Everything else sounds very......Shouso strip, or at least that limbo period around her Spica cover and utaite myouri. Gonna hold out till I hear the full album.

So Nagoshi delivers?

I'd get hype, but I know better by now.

I like all the samples. Awesome vocals and great energy throughout, very eclectic, very Ringo, just when some of you think she'll stick to that boring ass vocal jazz shit forever. Standout so far are the funky SMAP song, and the hard-rocking Tokio song Fellow in The Whirlwind and A Decisive 3 Minutes. Leading Lady is Ringo showtune done right.

Seems Seishun no Matataki was given music video treatment. Seen it on YouTube. Other samples are there too.

After listening to the previews, my hopes (exciting, refreshing arrangements) and fears (not the most interesting or totally SR-like melodies. You could replace Byoushou Public with many of these tracks) have come true.

Whoever did 'In a Whirlwind' needs to collaborate with Shiina Ringo for a whole album. Leading Lady and Paisaje makes shows that there's still many more routes she could take in Nu-Shiina world. A Decisive 3mins makes one want to strip naked.
