oh wow, Uki wrote the lyrics and music for the closing track. With most art they say start with a bang and end your best. Jihen's first two releases were like this. That being said, I was almost positive Izawa would have a closing track since most of the songs he has contributed has been pretty ballady...however, Uki....I wonder if it is a ballad after all?

Well... So the only ones not contributing as for music is Ringo and Hata. But Ringo could be excused since she at least wrote lyrics and poured some symmetricism into the mix.
So we're just waiting for a Hata song aren't we. Anyway, how many bands are there really in which everyone contribute this much to the content? It's usually one or two taking care of everything isn't it. But, I'm kind of looking forward to this album. It might be good. Or at least, it must have a great effect on Ringo. Just think about how much she ought to miss composing songs by now. |

From what I remember Luna Sea's drummer Shinya did not write a single son g for them in the 10ish years Luna Sea were together. But I don't mind that since he has to take care of complex rhythm patterns on all their songs, and that itself is a mean feat already. Plus, talented percussionist/songwriter combos are extremely rare (not to say Hata can't be one though) so I wouldn't be surprised if Hata will never write any song for the Jihens.

Damn, I'm excited about symmetrical tracks. I've been worried about this release but somehow, the presence of symmetry is a big relief. we'll see!!

We'll never really know the total playtime for sure, until someone has the album. Because for each of the seconds listed, there are sure to be more or less tenths of a second, unaccounted for on each track, which could add up into a couple more seconds of total playtime.
Not to mention, different people and players regard CD gaps differently, which could also create discrepancies in total track time, if you're piecing it together from the sum of all tracks.
