Here's how I think I'll romanize and translate these titles.
1. 生きる Ikiru / To Live 2. 電波通信 Denpa Tsuushin / Radio Transmission 3. シーズンサヨナラ Season Sayonara / Season Goodbye 4. 勝ち戦 Kachi-ikusa / Victory 5. FOUL 6. 雨天決行 Utenkekkou / Not Canceled In Case of Rain 7. 能動的三分間 Noudouteki Sanpunkan / An Active Three Minutes 8. 絶体絶命 Zettai Zetsumei / Stalemate 9. FAIR 10. 乗り気 Noriki / Eagerness 11. スイートスポット Sweet Spot 12. 閃光少女 Senkou Shoujo / Flash Girl 13. 極まる Kiwamaru / To Peak |

@frecklegirl: the last track has an yomigana (is that how its called?) for "kimaru"
※M13.極まる (読み仮名:キマル) from the TJ official website edit: what's the possibility of the 4th track be romanized as "kachisen" ? edit2: none, i googled, yeah Last edited by Yahiko : 2009.12.28 at 04:03 PM. |

Oh, cool. Thanks! That wasn't there on the Kronekodow website.
"Kachi-ikusa" is a set phrase, not two different components that can be read different ways. I suppose it's possible if there were furigana indicating it be read differently, but since there aren't any (on the website like you said), I don't think so. So the image of the cover that was released is the cover image, and the first press bonus is just an embossed slipcover but still using that same cover art? I just want to be sure. I think that's the case though. I don't really care about the embossed slipcover but if it's a first-press bonus as opposed to a limited edition, I guess it can't hurt to get it, since it won't cost any extra. |

well I think that was what happened to Variety (don't have this, correct me if im wrong), SG, no? the first presses of them had the cover as the sleeve case with a empty theme-coloured (SG had a salmon sheet) cover inside... and the regular ones had the same cover

I think the album itself is going to have similar colors/tones to the single and the first press will have the cover embossed on the slip cover and the book cover itself will probably white a variation of a white/grey and the cd itself will be grey. kind of dull but it fits with the single and its what ringo did with SG and AT.

instead of finally hitting it abroad, i think their focusing on high school and middle schoolers. I'm sure theres going to be at least one song that fits sports festivals PERRRRFECTLY. I'm gonna be sick. How long do you think til i can hear a clip of something? I predict mega marketting on this baby

lazer, I really don't see that. Even Ringo's idea of commercial isn't so commercialized. You got to remember she was most popular at her most vulnerable and frenetic (Tsumi to Batsu, Gibusu). OSCA was also one of TJ's strongest singles and Ringo said before its release that it was a song not meant for the Japanese music market and it probably wouldn't be popular but the singles were songs not representative of the album. I think as a whole this album is going to be more similar to Variety than Adult or Kyouiku, but I am hoping it will be more polished and the pitfalls of Variety will be avoided here. Variety isn't nearly as terrible as it has come to be viewed but it definitely has some major flaws that I think a second effort could fix. |
