Huh, anyone listened to ONE yet?
I'm a bit disappointed, tbh. Too much pop, and not really good at that. This is immediately my Bonnie Pink "Variety", after listening to it 2 times. Some of the tracks are very good, but there's too much "meh", not to mention one song that totally reminds me of Crystal Kay, track 10 "PLAY & PAUSE", which is something that shouldn't happen with a Bonnie song, ever.
I still hope that it grows on me with time.

I'm listen to it non-stop
I liked more than thinking out loud
but it seems the kind of album that with time I'll get tired of

I'm starting to enjoy some songs more than before, but it's still a disappointment since they will definitely wear out fast/one day...

So in recent years I've been out of the Japanese music loop. I haven't listened to One or Dead Diary yet. It is that time of the year when Bonnie is the artist who really reaches me though so now is the time to catch up. I have listened to The Sun Will Rise Again and it's my favorite of the disaster songs that I've heard. It's got that classic Bonnie folk feel that just feels right.

There's also nothing like listening to April Shower during an April thunderstorm with hurricane force winds.

^ Soooooooooooo true!!! One of my favorite memories ever is laying on my bed during a gentle afternoon rain with the window open and listening to "April Shower," then drifting off to sleep. Love it!!!
