Default An Apple a Day... (Exercise)

What songs do you work out to?

I've found that Go With the Wind, Spy Story (with Assassin's Assassin), and In a Whirlwind are great to work out to. Ringo songs have a 'pushing past the barrier' element that makes them conducive to successful exercise. Even less speedy songs like Jusui Negai and Ima are great for the gym because how nasty they get.

I have a playlist for running that includes Kaze ni Ayakatte Yuke, Koroshiya Kiki Ippatsu, Netsuai Hakkakuchu, NIPPON, and the Chiaki ver. of Tsukiyo no Shouzou if that counts. In the gym it's pretty random but Netsuai and the 3mins seem to always be solid.

Kinda prefer uptempo stuff and hip-hop/jazz for exercise purposes so any SR/TJ selections have to play nice with them.

I've had amazing runs to Killer Tune/Gunjyo Biyori, or pretty much any type of poppy jihen song like that. Also songs that I have an emotional connection with like Suberidai are always good to go to.

I only listen to Boris when exercising. Heavy Rocks rocks.

Tbh, I've never thought of trying Ringo- though Jihen seems more appropriate.

When I walked to my college campus from my apartment (~30ish minutes), I would listen to almost all of Sports. It's pretty appropriate I think.

I exercise to the beat of KZK. And if I want to exercise after that I continue to exercise to SS. That has been the pretty standard exercise playlist since I've discovered Ringo. It allows for some really fast exercises and some slow ones as well. Doing sit-ups to Doppelganger is an intense experience.

O_O

maybe the lyrics

but I can't stand listen to ballads or any slow-beat song while I'm working out
=_=
it makes me laaaaazy

^ I'd say "Connected" would be great come to think about it. Good choice.

^Ayu trance is fantastic for that purpose. Also, the House sides to all her ayumixes.

Ringo-wise for me it's always the SPORTS and Discovery albums.

Ringo-wise for me I guess gunjou biyori is the top work out song
but sigma and crawl are good as well
