I expected a single for this autumn/winter and an album early next year, but I won't complain if they will release an album so soon
I just hope it will be something new or at least different from Adult.

YESSS JACKPOT!!! This was completely shocking to me, I thought we would have a single around the end of the year or something. As for the other tracks on the single, I do not mind an alternate version of what is on the album because you wont know if it will be on the album or not. But, I would like it to be something that is different than what makes the album because we get more songs! Thats one of the things I love about Ringo/TJ that they have songs in their singles that are not always on the album whereas some other artists typically have two songs that are on the album and the instrumental versions.

As for the smaller venues, is it going to be something more like DO?

The single is two weeks late in my book. I had predicted a 6/27 release to compete with/boost sales of a certain other artist's new album (which will sell all of 500 copies).

I really hope this doesn't mean the songs are snoozers

EDIT:Hey guys, Jihad posted. Wonder what he said.

Dynamite Out! was actually in a pretty big venue. I'm gonna guess that "smaller venues" means something like the Hasegawa Kiyoshi part of the Ringohan DVD.

um, they have already said that the first show is going to be at a Zepp. Basically these live houses are probably going to fit maybe 2000 people a show. That is a *very* small live. The way it will work is you will get a number based on when you bought your ticket and before you entire the hall you line up in numerical order. Thus, those who buy first get low numbers and get in first. Once your inside, its general admission.

That being said, the last time Ringo has played a show this small that was open to the public (not counting Ringohan) was probably before Shouso Strip era, so this is a fairly big deal.

As for material, if the reworked version of Mirrorball is any indication I can see more electronic/f-ed up stuff. Think Oiran and Hatsukoi Shoujo. Very electronic.

If anyone is going to be abroad next year, GOOD FOR YOU.
Live house tour will be this year and not next right?
This is good news, but I would have preferred Ringo to take a longer break so that she has more time to edit/arrange the songs. That said, I'm eagerly anticipating the next album as it's something of a Ringo/TJ make or break for me.

Either way, thanks frecklegirl and kuro_neko!
