What's funny is that the GH fanboys whine that isn't enough metal in the game. Anything they don't like is labeled as "metalcore" which is not a subgenre of metal. The first GH has the best songlist by far. Not even close. The only songs I really like in GHIII are 3's and 7's, Holiday in Cambodia, and Cliffs of Dover. Stockholm Syndrome too if DLC counts. Pride and Joy is a great song, but the chart sucks.

Also, I don't have Golem's or cjhobbies' Gamertags. Mine is Jetaimer.

I must warn you guys though... I'm very hit or miss when it comes to this game. My range of scores on guitar can be huge. I score anywhere between 86,000 and 124,000 on Don't Look Back In Anger. It's also easy for me to lose my concentration on songs that have a lot of plucked notes instead of chords like Simple Man. My best songs are Wonderwall, Welcome Home, and Highway Star.

I might also be able to get us a singer for times when we don't have the full band around. I'm OK when it comes to singing (5-star most songs on medium), but she's probably much better than me.

we''ll have to make appointments to get on and play. and we should know what songs we gonna play b4 hand so i can have time to take it down on expert. I'm aiight sight reading on medium, but there's no way I can get 5 star on anything in expert without practice.

And yes GH has definitely too much metal. Even 2 songs would be too many^^
But all in all I like the GH3 songlist more than the one of GH2.
