Well, I guess I should start here, right?
Good day everyone! My name is Saulo (you can call me by my name or my nick, it´s the same for me). I´m 24 years old, male, and I´m from Perú. I became a RS/TJ fan about a year ago, when in a anime-manga forum from my country some user made a thread dedicated to Tokyo Jihen. My curiosity led me to listen to their first two albums and I was fascinated with the music. Then I found out the vocalist had a previous solo career so my curiosity again made me listen to KZK... and I was really blown away with the concept. From that day Shiina became my favorite artist, the only one I can listen to all day and never get tired.. She´s the only reason I would like to go to Japan some day and see one of her concerts... But I think in this forum all of us would like that, right? xD I have to confess, for some time I´ve been reading this forum but never feel like participating because my english kind of sucks, as you can notice... But well, I´ll do my best to make my posts understandable xD That´s it, I think... See ya! ^^ |

Hello.
I'm pocket. I'm female and from the UK and I've been an SR admirer since I hung out with some "interesting" Japanese students a few years ago. I used to sleep on floors and sofas in various university dorms around London because it was too expensive to stay in hotels to go to gigs, (plus music journalism pays crappy). These fabulous people shared lots of underground Japanese indies stuff and I became hooked on the voice of whom we affectionately call the "strangled hamster" now. Although I'm pretty much a humble worshipper at the temple of Hirama nowadays too. (hides under desk) Now my life isn't so exciting, I don't go out much since I live wayyyy out in the countryside ,so I socialise with the internet, play too many video games instead and listen to music non-stop. Up until recently I never thought about looking for a SR/TJ forum, since I've been off the internet for a while, but found this place. I hope I can make some friends here. Thanks! Ah well I stand politely corrected *bows* .........hey I'm older than Ringo *__* so I guess that makes me "impolite ancient lady" then? . My husband calls her "tazer chick" due to some of her recent photoshoots. Doesn't really matter with names as such, it's all business when it's time to fire up the stereo to serenade the neighbours with Shouso Strip.

The "old" doesn't mean she is infact "old". Only means she's trying to act as if she was 60 or something
