Asobi Seksu- Citrus (album), Then he kissed me (single)

Never thought I would actually enjoy music that was so...synthetized. But really enjoying their spacious sound, feels like i'm in a sofia coppola movie when I listen to this album.

My influence?

Citrus is a much better album than their self-titled album. I'm not sure how they'll be able to successfully follow it up. It's going to have a lot to live up to. Now if they'd only finish their world tour and start recording again.

Queens of the Stone Age - No One Knows

I've just had time to listen to the first 4 songs of the album and I've been awed.

Chatmonchy - Make up! Make up!

Amazing song. She sings in English in the chorus

(amazing how both the GOGO's and Chatmonchy release new album the same week)

Oh, that reminds me! I finally bought one of his (their?) albums! I didn't know which one to buy, so I just bought the High Times Singles 1992-2006 album. >_<

The jacket had a foreward, and I thought it was so funny how the guy described Jay as a "funk loving young white guy, that sounded like a black girl." XD Now I find his voice so amusing every time I hear it. It's not that bad, though.

Oh yeah! CLT: Maou's mystery song

Cansei de Ser Sexy - Alala

In that PV, Lovefoxx reminds me a lot of Shiina Ringo in Gunjou Biyori's one:
