It is "officially" sold out, however, I was able to find some new copies for sale through third parties on Amazon.com (USA):

It's sold out on all of the major websites like YesAsia, CDJapan, HMV or Amazon.
It was listed as 'limited release' on cdjapan when it was available, so I guess you might need to pay extra bucks for it now.

I swear I remember everyone telling me that the DVD wasn't ever going to sell out. So much for that

Maybe they need to restock.
