I remember when I heard that live version of Sakana. I was still amused by how every studio recording was enhanced to the limit in Dynamite Out, and then this skinny guy delivered a transitional noise that I wouldn't even call distortion in place of one of the most powerful and concise/condensed guitar solos in Ringo's entire career. Left me with a huge and white poker face of disappointment.

Oh, that was always a decision I could never take. I like both for their own merits, but if it's necessary, right now I'll choose the Hata's percussions off single version, even knowing that Ukigumo's riff on album version got me hooked to this song at first. Fixed.

Hmm it seems a lot of criticism on here is just pure nitpicking. Complaining about ZX is just stupid. Where else is there a more awesome set list?

is there really any criticism beyond two or three posts on something unintrusive and unrelated (and generally pretty well mannered)?

Actually, the set list IS awesome, that's why I used the word 'disappointment', because of how weak I feel some renditions are, and I just mentioned the guitar-playing. I did because that difference is essential to me instead of nitpicking. By the way, I fail to see the relation between nitpicking and stupidity.

What I think is shallow/repetitive is criticism about criticism per se and everything triggered by that, for example: this post. It's not going to happen again.

4 pts. - Sweet Spot*
3 pts. - Dopamint! (BPM103), Noudouteki Sanpunkan
2 pts. - Himitsu, Sounan, Tasogare Naki**
1 pts. - Killer Tune, sa_i_ta, Season Sayonara, Sora ga Natteiru

Any point category with multiple songs is not ranked and all of them are album versions for now. Really hard to cut it down to 10.

*There is no explaining how it got this far.
**I still need to listen to the difference between the album and For Mother version because to be honest I can't remember what it was.

"Sweet Spot" sometimes gets into my head, and it's always pleasant.

Agreed. Very memorable song. I too find myself humming or singing it often.
