But with TJ's current system of composition pot-luck, those nine songs could sound like anything. I do think, though, that there were a few nice things about Tengoku that can be salvaged (it would be nice if she sung it in Japanese, and changed the second half) |

I wished they'd never make it to the album...and there they are. At least we get to hear new versions of both Tengoku and Dopamint!, nontheless my expectations remain fairly low. Crossing fingers for the new songs...

Is this the shortest time between any of the TJ records? Seems only yesterday Sports came out

So I guess this one isn't TV channel based?
(Unless it's the Discovery Channel....snnnrk) I'm just sort of curious how/if they're going to make those 4 songs cohesive. They're all in really really different styles, so it's weird to think they'll be on the same album. Also makes it hard to speculate what the other songs will be like...

They should have left "Onna no Ko wa Dare Demo" out, but I'm excited about those new versions of "Tengoku/Dopamint!". By the way, the new tour will be called "Discovery", so I'm guessing the English translation for the album title will be Discovery as well...

So "Discovery"? Damn, I was hoping I would be right and it would be "Mystery". Or maybe it's a combination of "Discovery" (Natural History) and "Mystery" (Detective Fiction). I don't know.
I'm excited. I only hope Onna no Ko... can be tweaked to fit in the album, because out of the 4 we've heard, the only one that doesn't fit is Onna no Ko... (Also, do you seriously hate TJ SO MUCH that you wish they would stop releasing music? You can't even call yourself a fan.) ((Also, what's with the hate for Tengoku and Dopamine? Tengoku was one of her most experimental song, I thought you guys would like it)) |

Is it that far of a stretch to see why the news is somewhat disappointing?
