Er, he went deuces well before the Jihen split. He didn't do any work on KZK, HF, SG or Re-import. His only appearance on Sunny was with the rest of Jihen in Carnation. He likely only appeared at Expo '08 because Shiina wanted a classic SS band (Kameda, Nagoshi and Kawamura all played together in Kyogenshou).

I don't think there's any deal with Kameda other than he's just a busy man.

Here's some new info on the upcoming Japanese tour:

It's titled "椎名林檎と彼奴等がゆく 百鬼夜行２０１５" (Shiina Ringo to Kyatsura ga Yuku Hyakkiyakou 2105).

I've poorly translated it to "Shiina Ringo and those guys are proceeding, many monsters walking around at night." No mention of who "those guys" are yet, but the e-mail mentioned "wizards" and "prodigies".
