Makita Mashiro
A recent find of mine, Makita Mashiro should appeal to some people on here- she's definitely for fans of 'jazz' Ringo and Maron Hamada (she's actually friends with Hamada IRL, and her songs are written by John Kurosaki- who works with Hamada also). She's relatively new to the scene and is about to release her second single next month.
Check out her MV's below!
For those interested in looking into her further, here is her Medicom Toy artist profile http://www.medicomtoy.co.jp/music/ar...ta-mashiro.php

Is this new? The vocals remind me of Ego Wrappin's Yoshie Nakano, slightly deeper.

Seems pretty new. Her first single came out last December.

Totally agree!
Her voice has something that reminds me of some singer from the 80s, maybe Akina (when Akina screams)?

If you like this, I would also highly recommend checking our John Kurosaki's EP. Here's a sample:

I already checked a while ago, thanks!
When I started listening to Hamada the first impression that I got from her songs was that they sounded like a better version of karisome otome, the same goes for Kurosaki When SR released karisome otome I was expecting an album that sounded like any Hamada/kurosaki release, but instead we got HF ;o; That's why everytime I listen to something like this that empty space in my heart, that was reserved for an album that never existed, fills up a little bit
