Forget that BABYMETAL crap. It's all bout DOLL $ BOXX. An all girl metal/pop band that mixes in electronic elements. Freaking amazing bass player that's been in various bands in the past.

Been working through this amazing, truly epic (16 CD + Media Disc) set. Susumu Hirasawa's Haldyn Dome. One day I will purchase it for myself, it's quite a piece of musical history (Before you ask- yes, I already own the albums featuring Togawa in this set, but the other CDs are great listens too). It will also will be a great booster to my Hirasawa collection, filling a massive chunk. I recommend it to everyone, especially those with an interest in Hirasawa and bands like Yapoos.

I have no idea who Hirasawa is, but I'm educating myself right now by listening to the song Haldyn Hotel. What a strange and enjoyable song. It reminds me of something off Tamahime Sama.
Is there a specific album I should start with Hirasawa? I know nothing! |

I really like Virtual Rabbit by him out of the ones I'm really familiar with (I barely consider myself an expert on Susumu Hirasawa, there's just so damn much of his work, I've barely scratched the surface). The Paprika and Millenium Actress sountracks are totally amazing too.
Oh and this song he guested on for Yapoos (which actually may be their best song ever tbh):
There's a live version of this which is even more amazing, but couldn't find it on youtube.
