Haha, yeah, I love the pre-kyouiku band. I think their chemistry was the best there.
Speaking of which, I need some way to get the Electric Mole DVD. The US dollar is down enough so that I'll never be able to buy it. ._. ANYWAYS, I think she would have more success in America back towards the SS release. But around like...2000-ish. That stuff I feel would have been successful here. |

If you can get your hands on the first-press, get it. The packaging alone is worth the premium you pay for it. But it's super rare now... plus I don't think anyone wants to let it go considering it's the best TJ performance ever. I want one too (I only have the regular version).

it was just the book that it came with. The books kind of a rip off in my opinion, theres nnothing real special. Half the pages are blank and/or have a dvd sized cut out in the middle of them. The front part of the book has typography thingers throughout her career and pics of her prev releases, but all dirty tattered and broken. Also theres pics of the concert
The only really neat pages i think are the ones with little sketches in em. The dvd is exactly the same, iirc

I have both versions of Electric Mole (wonder how much that first-press edition would fetch on the open market.....).
DVD is exactly the same. The book is conceptually strong, but weak in execution. Best thing about it is the look and feel of it. Heavy, sturdy, authoritative. Classy. |

Well I just finally managed to get a rip of the DVD. Definitely my favorite.
If only she could go back in time and make sure that HZM and Hirama never left. I feel like Tokyo Jihen was made because of the chemistry between all the members at that point and time. When HZM and Hirama left, maybe Tokyo Jihen should have, too. Again, my 2¢. |

Shiina hasn't done anything remotely creative since the Ringo no Uta single.
Everything else has been par for the course, even if different courses. I hope she does something about this. nu-Shiina sucks .... so does Uki
