I was referring to frecklegirl lol. Was it really not a legit release? Hehehehehehehehehe

No, I was the one who brought up the singles box in the first-place.

As far as I know the only "singles box"-esque release from Shiina was that score book of all of her singles.

Ooh, did not know that existed. I should try to find it.
I have the scorebooks for SS and Adult. My favorite part is in the score for Keshou Naoshi it literally tells you, in one beat, to DOWNTUNE YOUR BASS TWO FULL STEPS.

I've seen a lot of chinese/taiwanese single releases that contain the single in it's original packaging along with a compilation of past works; both display the initial legitimate release's art. We know these aren't sanctioned bonus when EMI distributes them, but they are out there.

I'm not saying that they are valid for charting here, however.

I always think it's humorous when KZK blows everything else out of the water in polls and discussions. With that said, I voted for KZK.

Revisiting this thread, would you put Re-importation on here when it gets released?

I personally think it deserves a rightful place if Utaite Myori gets a place on here. It's not a full on compilation either, while its songs we've already heard (some of them butchered by their original artist), we haven't heard Ringo do them before. Not to mention, Utaite Myori was a covers album through and through, the songs on Re-Importation are still Ringo penned. An interesting thought.

By this threads rules, Ukina, Mitsugetsu Shou, Tokyo Collection, Shinya Waku don't belong. But also, what about Color Bars? Does it not count because of it being an EP?

Kalk Semen Chestnut Blossom is one of the best albums I've ever heard.
The many different genre Ringo explored with really intrigued me.
The choices of instruments and sounds add a twist to my imagination.
Funeral Procession/Religion brought me to a complete state of nirvana.
I thought of subjects related to life, death and all of humanity.
For me this is the epitome of experimental music.

It's kind of sad that the two newest albums on the poll have received zero votes. Keep going back in time and the votes continue to go up steadily (with the exception of Kyouiku, which can be accounted for with various reasons), peaking at KZK, and then continue to go back down slowly. Of course, this is also excluding the cover album. Interesting. I'm hoping to see the popularity of future materials to increase as well.

It can change, but only between SS and KSK. Right now it's SS by just a little.
