That sums up how I felt about Boss while it lasted, but House of Cards has much better plotting. Easily one of my top shows, but I'm waiting on season 3 now, so didn't think to post about it as something current. Just started Crossbones. The acting and the production values were almost too good for NBC (like Hannibal), but it will take more episodes before I'll have a sense of whether the show is great or not. We don't know yet how the show will pivot its focus between the perspectives and reactions of the British versus the Pirates. The British didn't have enough time in the pilot episode to react or to adjust their strategy. All they did was set some events in motion.

This amazing, hilarious show is the best thing Australia is making right now. This segment shows what kind of bullshit we Australians have to go through regarding iTunes and their ridiculously high prices here. Of course, it's not just iTunes that are much higher than US prices- pretty much ALL media is much higher- probably why I don't find Japanese prices too shocking. Anyway, enjoy this segment, and checkout the rest of The Checkout. Funny and informative.

I hold in my hot little hands the TWIN PEAKS BLU RAY SET.
Will comment on picture/audio/extras soon as I get into it (and promise not to spoil the disc 9 content...) I'm dying to start now but it's bed time!!!

I hope we're not all dead from ebola by the time Twin Peaks returns in 2016 ( ・∀・)
I'd love to see everyone who's still alive back on the show. Well, aside from James Hurley of course. |

Gah, James Hurley. The epitome of lame sensitive asshole. I'd be stoked if I got to fuck that many hotties.
Also, you can project a movie onto that forehead:

Classic James-face!
If you've seen the deleted scenes from FWWM on the new Blu-ray set, there's a couple of minutes of stuff that takes place post Season 2 that might give us a small idea of some possible things that might have happened over the last 25 years. |

South Park's take on Lorde is well, flat out brilliant.

Not a big fan of the new Magic Bush episode.
Been watching Bob's Burgers, it's a fun show! |
