Who's voice is it at the beginning of Kenka Joutou?? Ringo's or a guy's?

I'm pretty sure it's Ringo. Hata speaks at the beginning in JCHI followed by Ringo, but it sounds a lot like her in the album version.

No, that's definitely her. She's the only one who's interested in old dialects and speaking like that.
