Ringo is only, what... 5'4"? So yeah the length of dress is probably due to her own shortness.
Also @agrumblecake & Orenji, thank you! The pictures for Watashi to Houden are probably some of my favorites of Ringo; so, to find that picture was like finding a gold mine.... or something. Also also, looking through some pictures, I noticed this one. It says Ringo styled herself. Haha. Also, the hair & make up is by Akio Naniki, who I just found out did the hair & makeup for Muzai Moratorium. She really was quite a quirky girl. .-.  Just kidding But I thought she was a little taller now than when she started. In the unauthorized ringo biography thread it says she had 1,64 at when she was 15, so I thought she had grown a little bit, cause she doesn't seem the same height I am. That's the power of the lens!  And this outfit it's awful U would took out at least the socks and the cowboy hat... Or open that shirt a little bit... But I wouldn't wear this even if I was paid for!
