Oh gosh, these lyrics are atrocious. Don't know how I feel about the music yet.

So English on every track, huh? I guess Ringo's not going for a lyrical masterpiece this time. Instead she's just continuing Jihen path towards mainstream/accessible music. I hope we get an Akane Sasu-esque song on the album.

I'm settled on liking this song. It's not amazing, but there's something (And I don't know what it is) that this song and 3min have that make them more enjoyable than the pop tunes on Variety and are definitely not skip material. The lyrics are quite bad but I'll get over it.
If this song is sandwiched between tracks with more punch and less emotional stability than 3min, Senkou Shoujo and Kachi-Ikusa (Which are a bit polished), then it's cool. Sports should be about emotional highs and lows, right? Blood, sweat, tears all that stuff. It seems that FOUL, Uki's rock song, is the next full track we'll hear before the album is released (Maybe this will also be Glico's next ad?). I expect the pantomime cries of 'Oh nu! Variety Two!' will reach fever pitch. |

I won't be listening to anything else from the album until it's released. I've heard enough already and would prefer not to "spoil" any more of the album.
