Heroes absurdities
Daphne just disappears back and forth in broad daylight in a crowded airport? Writers need to get their shit together and stop doing shots during the rewrites. Hiro, Ando, and the dumb antics better stop soon. I never like Suresh. Now I like him less.

Thank you for talking about Pushing Daisies golem!
I went and "grabbed" the first episode, to see what it looked like, and surprise surprise, it was *that* show that I once saw an episode on tv and liked a lot but never knew the name so the thing just sorta disappeared from my mind (I don't usually watch tv, as well). I'm going to episode 6 now, this is awesome |

I have just finished Rome.
I started watching Californication, it's very very good. David Duchovny makes me want to go back to the 90s and start watching The X-Files. I've only watched a few episodes here and there back then though. |

Glad you like it. You should watch The X-Files. It's probably ultimately my favourite show of all time. Seasons 1-6 are just great (3 being my favourite). You've got to watch it in order though. While a lot of episodes stand alone by themselves, the overall arc is pretty awesome and should be watched in order. It essentially ends at the end of season 6 until they extended it with crap about Super Soldiers. But "the truth" is pretty much revealed by season 6. By then of course you'll have to continue , but Season 7 is pretty good and even Season's 8 and 9 have their moments. They're not awful. But yeah, I definitely recommend watching it. I think it's appeal is pretty universal and it's easy enough to get into. The first season can be very early 90's, low budget and a bit cheesy but it's still good fun. Season 2 is when it really kicks off.

Sht I've been excited all week after I saw an ad in the newspaper saying "Flight of the Conchords premiere Tuesday Oct 28."
I just fucking realised that it's actually going to be a "Series" premiere. A premiere for the first season. Sucks being Torontonian sometimes.

True Blood redeemed itself and made it all worth while during the last episode thanks to Lizzy Caplan

This is gonna be one hell of a week (and not at all conducive to job hunting).
30 Rock premiere, House, Office, Betty, Conchords "premiere" in Canada, Heroes, NBA opener, etc etc etc. Too bad Mad Men is already over. I'm gonna hold off watching the finale as long as I can.
