Nakashima Mika - LEGEND (replacement copy)
Joanna Newsom - Ys The LEGEND single is just as good, if not better than I remember it being five years ago. And Ys is incredible. I listened to some samples when it came out and never tried it again, but it's really something else. I'm sure tons of people can't stand her voice and singing style, but I just love it now. Any other fans here? |

I still haven't bought anything new since Actor. I can't be the only one saving up for all the Beatles releases in September...

well my recent purchase is sarah mclachlan's -freedom sessions
this one was cheap. mostly alternate versions/demos of songs on fumbling towards ecstacy. I actually have 5 sarah mclachlan cds, although I've probably paid $5 total for all of them, so about $1 each. this one is actually pretty good, before the water treading of surfacing. |

Jonsi & Alex - Riceboy Sleeps (Limited Edition)*
Sarah Blasko - As Day Follows Night (Limited Edition Box) Lisa Mitchell - Wonder (Limited Edition Signed/2CD) Utada - This is the One (US) Bjork - Voltaic (2CD+2DVD) * I haven't even listened to this yet... I didn't really enjoy any of the previously released Riceboy Sleeps music. I like ambient music, but it's just a bit blah. Only reason why I got it was because I have to have everything Sigur Ros, especially if it's limited edition and comes in a super nice package! |
