The problem with deciding on a lineup, is that some other bands already have such an awesome combination of instrumentalists - that it would be more practical to have Shiina Ringo front one of those existing teams, than to try and assemble a "dream team" which isn't any better.
For example, everyone in LOSALIOS is better at what they do, than everyone in Tokyo Jihen. If I want at least one member from that band, I basically want them all.
