Then I listen to, for example, an excellent piece of music like Kao and wonder how much better would it be if the lyrics were in Japanese. The same goes for Hirama here.

Anyway, maybe this is too subjective.

EDIT: I can't stop listening to the new song. Thanks for the link.

Totally agree.

I bought it on iTunes and I like the songs but I'm not really too picky about new releases anyway.

One of the things I thought was interesting was the composer listed for "Dopa-Mint" is Spoken Word. Is that a reference to someone that I don't get or is it something else?
The composer for "Where's Heaven" is listed as Sheena Ringo for example.

Try to read the lyrics of Tengoku e Youkoso from the point of view of someone who just got convinced to commit suicide. Makes total sense.

Not wanting to start any conspiration theory, please. It's only Ringo playin' with her dark side, la sale de bain style.

But Tengoku is in English, I didn't understand your point here.

Anyway, I believe Romance/Latin language speakers may not sound thaaat bad since they have some phonetic similarities with Japanese.
I mean, your are from Brazil.
