What does bother me is that Souretsu doesn't cut out at 44:44.4. Seriously? |

I don't think I could trim those remasters to be exactly as short as the original releases (track-for-track), because I would have to be cutting a little more than silence.

Hm, I didn't know that. Sorry.
Well, I guess nevermind then. But if the song is truly about Tibetan Buddhsim, then the KZK one still makes more sense, even if Shiina originally composed it on a guitar or whatevs. The KZK version is very tantric, very dramatic, full of eastern instruments coming at clash with western instruments. I love the part when the organ cuts in. That being said, I still can't imagine actually putting Ichijuku after Souretsu. I feel like not only doesn't it fit, but it actually takes away from Souretsu. Ichijuku softens the blow. The only people who would prefer it are those who can't handle an ending like Souretsu. |

Souretsu lyrics is creepy.
It's like an unborn child about to be aborted calmly observes parents. About Buddhism reference, lyrics has a term "rinne" (translated as "circle of reincarnation") and her white costume in booklet is Buddhist pilgrim's garb. But not necessary as 'Tibetan' one. Buddhism was originated in India and "circle of reincarnation" was even older thought than Buddhism there. As for "Ichijiku no Hana", it's PV has mood of "this video was taken before her death".
