I hope you're just trolling...

There are some AKB48 songs worth listening to. Like the song I posted below. It's pretty catchy bubblegum pop, not that different from 80's idol Yukiko Okada and early 90's Wink.

Plus among so many girls, you've got to at least like one or two.

Not in the way that you mean, but I think her music can be quite gothic (and not in the ’emo’ teens dressed in black way either. Well, a little bit with GX). You could imagine her singing an Edgar Allen Poe short story or the Rime of the Ancient Mariner or stuff like that.

"Identity" is as fun as this K-on song.

Comparing anything from Shouso Strip to K-ON is kind of like comparing The Three Stooges to Pauly Shore.

That song is a midori song anyways, in case you didn't know.

Not sure if this is commonly known info or not... where's the sound clip at the end of the identity where the man is saying "so he can predict what will be required of him next" from? Or is that something Ringo created?

that was asked here... but no answers. definitely not commonly known info at all

Izonshou is a quintessential driving song. Nowhere was that more apparent when I was driving the other day after a really bad day at work. Luckily Izonshou was there to have me quietly reflect, pick me up, and make me rock out in retaliation. Such a great song. When I first listened to Shouso Strip, I didn't have nearly enough appreciation for it and now if I listen to the album I can't get enough of it. The song has a way of making everything around you stop. You just get immersed and your mind starts to wander to thoughts about life, your future, and just whatever else is on your mind during those 6 minutes or so. Izonshou is the perfect soundtrack to those reflective moments. It speaks volumes for how powerful her music is when she's singing this in another language and I still feel emotion from it. I really hope she goes back to making music like this.

Maybe old news but is the bit in Gips at 2:10 and 5:10 sampled from Bjork's Unravel (0:15)? Sounds extremely similar...
