I preferred Izawa's Variety tracks to Ukigumos (with the exception of OSCA). Most of Izawa's tracks are the only ones I bother to revisit (Killer Tune, Kaban no Nakami, Sake to Geko, Kingyo no Hako).

I think the thing that makes his Rie track sound so bad is the whole silly playful factor, it is like Kuronekodow or Bokoku Joushou meh
