Finally put some real listening time into this song, and... I don't like it. It sounds Variety-ish in the sort of blah, kinda-interesting-but-mostly-leaves-a-bad-taste-in-my-mouth way. At least the lyrics are fairly easy (expect a translation soon... if you care?! haha), although definitely weird, and do not explain what a "Weather Princess" ("Hiyori-hime") is at all. I am also wondering if this "-hime" thing is something Ringo is preoccupied with (thinking back to Variety's "Tsukigime-hime/Monthly Princess").
Actually, I think I like Amagasa a lot better, and not just compared to this song but on its own merits too. It's jazzy and cool. Amagasa > Hiyori-hime |
If only it didn't have that "Rock rock, like you don't stop" in it, I would have liked it a tad better.

It's "Rock rock on, and you don't stop!" xD
Same thing! xD
Pretty sure it's "tick tock, you're a donut shop"
"flick flock, and you just sock"
"Go-raku, by Shiina Duck"
