Hell, if Avril Lavigne can have one, why not?
Probably best to limit the Jihen songs, since I would expect a tribute album of this nature to focus on her solo work, mostly likely on more well-known songs, though that's by no means a requirement. Obviously UM and solo-era single C-side tracks are out. Everything else goes and all artists welcome, occidental included. Just be sure they're still alive/capable of recording music.

Honestly, I pretty much just chose the artists that I would like to see, and then applied songs that I thought would work. I admit Mellow was a weak choice, but I really like the song and, honestly, I don't really think any Ringo would work with TOE.
Not even kidding though, I think Zooey Deschanel would rock Ariamaru Tomi. Then again, that may just be because I'm in love with her. Goddamn Ben Gibbard, you hack.<_<
