During Spa&Treatment tour, after coming back for the first encore, Kameda asked the audience: "Which kind of treatment do you prefer, Spiritual or Physical?"　(心と体、どちらのトリートメントがいいですか) . Depending on the audience's answer, they then performed Karada (体　Physical) or Kokoro (心　Spiritual). Kokoro had a different arrangement.. that's probably why the official translation of 心(kokoro) was changed from 'mind' to 'spiritual', and 体(karada) from 'steam' to 'physical' in their official website.
