I don't mean to sound pedantic about it, but there really isn't. For a Start, find out what Britain is. Britain is made up of Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Britain is not England. I wouldn't be too bothered with 'English accent' as is stereotyped by Hollywood, but even then, only really the south-east of England speaks like that.
