"Watashi to Houden," the 'to' there seems more like a 'with' than an 'and.' So maybe it's something like "Discharge with Me" although that sounds super dirty. Maybe "Explode with Me." Also dirty! Hard to escape now! ahhh XD
As for "Watashi no Hatsuden," something like "My Generation of Electricity" (gah, so awkward). So obviously they're connected, a generation of power results in an electrical discharge.
