A different edit of that video was posted a couple of weeks ago on the Make a JBand Known thread at JPS.
"apparently this is a new secret project of the idol group Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku. (they're hiding the members' identities, but "Ebichuu" is in the video's tags and that's a dead giveaway)
in total they have five guitarists and three drummers, which makes for a pretty unique sound when you compare them to similar groups"
