She's changed. How can she not? But talent is talent, and she will always have it. I agree that she's so commercialized her image these days that it's hard to see her as an "alternate" anything. But I don't label her Nu-Ringo or sellout or whatever because if I do that, I won't be able to recognize when she does something that is, in fact, awesome.
