I have been clean for about 10 years...but Dirty Pair was a blast.
Not sure what you mean about not having subs, there is definitely a subbed release of it.
If you haven't seen it - I'd recommend Bubblegum Crisis (the original one) or Cromartie High School.
ETA: deadgrandma is right, most of the new stuff is not as good as what we were getting in the 90s. Though I am anxiously awaiting Megumi's new series...
