I agree 100%.

Now if he actually composes (rather than merely produces) something outside of Tokyo Jihen, then you've got a legitimate reason to start up a Related Artists thread.

Asai Kenichi is a "related" artist who hasn't been a member of Tokyo Jihen, because he meets two alternate criteria:
1.) He was a guest guitarist for the studio version of Tsumi to Batsu.
2.) Shiina Ringo was a guest vocalist for him in his Kiken Sugiru single.

SOIL&"PIMP"SESSIONS is a "related" artist because their trumpeter was a guest in Adult, their band as a whole was the entire backdrop for Karisome Otome (DEATH JAZZ ver.), and half of the band was a guest in a later concert for several of her other songs.

Those are the two most closely related artists who aren't a part of Tokyo Jihen. Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra would be the next closest choice.

PE'Z barely counts because HZM is like their lieutenant on composing, plus he's always been a performer of the group. PE'Z wouldn't count much more than MONORAL (they really don't count at all), if HZM's involvement were more limited.

It isn't enough for a Tokyo Jihen member to be a 'producer' or a guest performer of another band, for that band to count.
