Perhaps the person in charge is just a fan and asked her to do it. If I had that kind of decision-making ability I'd do the same, no doubt.
I'm not sure who usually does the talking for these, but I think she does a bang up job and it fulfills my need for ambient Ringo talking about things I don't really understand
I remember Yakushimaru Etsuko released tracks of her just reading announcements for a bus or something? I'd totally be in if Ringo did something like that...
It's really wonderful that people are recognizing her more and more, and not just as The Kinda Weird Lady Who Did Koko Kiss and Gips and then Dressed Like a Nurse and Broke Stuff. That so many big companies especially are asking for her hand in these kinds of jobs I never would have imagined she would do before makes me really feel that she's grown as an artist (not just musical) and a sharp-minded business woman in recent years and it makes me so happy :,( She's so admirable!!
