yeah, my mom did look like OSCA Shiina when she was young (She was the hottest girl in her high school). She also had that typical short short china-doll fringe and high cheek-bone.

Actually 30% women in my hometown look like OSCA Shiina. OSCA Shiina only. T_T.

I retract my earlier statement of the song being "standard industry' average. it's grown on me after 6-7 listens and now it has been upgraded to "shiina" average. The pacing is the real issue in the song...

I really think the video is inspired by "The Handmaid's Tale". Maybe it's a strech. Does anyone else think this is possible?

it is upbeat and fun! i wonder how fans that gave such strong praise to the soft jazz sounds of Adult reacted when they heard Osca!!

Well, if the trends on this board are anything to go by, the biggest Adult backers have also had the most pro-OSCA inclinations.

It's important, also, to know that often, shiina ringo makes different versions between the music in PV/single and album. We can think the album version could be different from this.
In fact I hope, because, even if shiina ringo evolves, Osca sounds too like Adult album.
It's not a bad song, it's a nice song, but i've the impression it could be better than that.

^ umm, I don't know. I don't think it goes to well with the rest of ADULT. The sounds seem familiar but I do not think the style would go well with the rest of ADULT.
