RINGO SHENA COCOON KABUKI OA
"Cocoon kabuki" that Kanzaburo Nakamura (At that time, it is Kankuro) started with Kazumi Kushida et al. by the Bunkamura theater cocoon of Tokyo and Shibuya in 1994 for the desire "I want to send the Edo kabuki from young person's town and Shibuya". The first is broadcast as WOWOW continues last year. A repertoire this time when the eighth times are faced is "San nin ki chi sa" that presents as the fourth bounce in 2001, and received a fevoreble reception. It undertakes this presentation, and the Shiina ringo takes charge of music in addition to the new production of Kazumi Kushida. In the last act, the stage that evolved more as a large amount of snow, music, and a new great scene of moving about are born etc. is developed. It knows the work and the continuousness of the surprise and the excitement for the spectator who touches the work for the first time for the spectator who did for it to attach. The pattern of the stage where the throb feeling overflows enough in VIP seat in front of the television. http://www.tvlife.jp/news/070828_02.php Last edited by kroneko : 2007.08.28 at 09:14 AM. |

So basically, a performance of that Kabuki play Ringo wrote the "Cocoon" song for will be broadcast. So hopefully there's a chance of someone ripping the song/video and letting us all hear it.
kroneko, in the future, don't post an entry that's all Japanese. This isn't a Japanese-language forum. |

Cocoon is theater's name.
The song name is "Tamatebako" (Pandora's Box). If anything is similar to SR/TJ song IMHO it is Yukiguni led by distorted guitar instead of piano and developed to electro-orchestraized Komoriuta. This song is used at last several miniutes climax. Kabuki, Karisome Otome Death Jazz-ver, Bokoku Joshou was used at curtain call. I recorded to my HDD recorder then copied to DVD-RAM, but DVD drive of my PC can't play it. |

Source: Kronekodow I wonder if they will be showing any of Tamatebako on the special? Might be able to get it in better quality, finally (I know thats a really hollow reason to watch the show, but you know...)
