Personally, I'd keep Uki around and go with a two guitar set-up. Uki's style wouldn't be nearly as distracting if he wasn't the only guitarist in the band.

AM 1:00, Haha no Motown, Sainara, Subarashii Sekai and Rekishi are all awesome. 10x better than anything post Kyouiku by TJ. =p

As far as ending tracks go:

Akuma = Tegami
Rekishi > Metro

Hirama Mikio even sings better on some When I feel songs than Ringo does on some Variety songs.

You can say all you want about it being better than Variety, not that I agree, but its far from the level of ADULT.

I enjoyed both Black Bone and When I feel more than Adult. They're not as good as the SR solo albums, but better than Tokyo Jihen.

You can enjoy it more but ADULT is just BETTER and Hirama's compositions are not as strong, in my opinion.
