YUKI is adorable! JAM is one of my favourite bands! I agree with gekokujyo about Bonnie Pink's voice, she sounds like every generic white female pop singer such as Shania Twain and Katy Perry, total seppukucore.

I've tried out all the artists mentioned here, can't say I have the desire to revisit any of them (excluding Hikki, cause well, its Hikki) :-/

^First you gotta get rid of those sinister wenches that's stopping you from revisiting the rest, namely PJ Harvey, Bjork, Tori Amos. Stop frolicking with them. :p
I find myself adoring 30+ JFS (Japanese female singers, now the genre is official), but I only have romantic interest in 2 of them! |

Well, I dont really listen to Tori or Bjork heaps anymore. Why would I bother listening to 30+ "JFS" singers when I have 2 main ones that cover all these women's styles better???

Surprised nobody has mentioned Cocco in this singer/songwriter thread. She's awesome.

Inseu forgot to do something to Hitomi's name in the first line of the opening post. (also wth does it say you are banned Inseu?)
And on Hitomi Yaida: I think I know like one of her songs; Over the distance I believe it's called. Mweh. |

Yaida got boring for me after awhile, but Chara never fails to impress. She's been a lot more experimental (for me) than Ringo herself has been in the past 5 years. IMO, at least.
