Seeing Garbage here (loved the song for years now), does anybody here know Curve? Their fans are mostly very pissed towards Garbage, as they based their sound on that of Curve in their early years (I think Butch Vig offered them to produce their album, but they split for the first time around then and after that he founded Garbage - don't know how much of that is true though)... just see the respective last.fm shoutboxes for proof, it's pretty funny. To settle it for myself I like both of them
 So on topic there, currently listening to:
Jihad, to me it wouldn't really be about being cynical... I hope your kids will be able to turn on MTV and listen to good music. I grew up on that in the 90's and still very, very fondly remember the times when I'd turn on MTV Europe and see Bjork, Garbage, Massive Attack and lots of other stuff I'd grow to really appreciate and dig later on in my life. Hell, even Madonna was good. |
