CD Japan has shipped copies out, and first-press is gone already.
Pretty sure I won't physically have mine until Wednesday or Thursday, though.

I'll save details for the product page, but it is a great performance and the rest of the Blu-Ray/DVD is full of pleasant surprises. Glad I ordered this.
