I listened to Zero this morning and altough very different from past works, it is actually cool. The progression is quite good. I'll refrain from listening to it more tho, until the album's out.

I got Asobi Seksu's new album today, listened to it one and a half times at work and I'm really digging it. I'm not so familiar with their first two albums to be able to compare properly (although nothing in the new one is like Thursday). It seems to have a slightly different feel but it's comfortable.

^ You are wrong. In the Sky is Hush's Thursday. If you can't hear it, you've gotten more deaf since the Sounan/Blackout debate. :p

The problem with Hush is that most of the songs never gets going. No cool tempo changes or bridges. This leads to their worst album which is still a good album. So disappointed after Stay Awake and Me & Mary.

That's weird, I literally just downloaded their album about an hour ago.

The three song set of Stay Alive, Everything With You, and A Teenager in Love is heaven. My Vinyl copy should be arriving anyday now.

Well, I can't really play the music very loud at my job and since im working, it's not the most ideal way to listen to a new album. I didn't get to In the Sky the second time around so I'm not sure yet. I remember I was actually talking to you on AIM the first time I heard "Thursday" and you said it was the best thing ever and I didn't like it that much until later. However, I do agree with what you say about the songs not getting to go. I got that from the first listen. That's why I said they felt "comfortable" at least. But it's still nice, from what CJ said, I was expecting them to do something completely off the wall and horrible. So I guess from expecting the worse, I wasn't disappointed.

I really like that band's name, CJ. It's the truth. They sound like Asobi Sexy wannabe's, though.

I wish their name weren't so stupid. Otherwise, the album is pretty good so far. I really like Come Saturday.

O come on now, "The Pains of Being Pure at Heart"? That's a perfect name for a shoegaze band.
